Delivery and Returns

How much will delivery cost me ?

All deliveries are Australia wide only.  There is a flat rate for up to 3kg of $10.  Up to 5kg $15. Up to 20kg $20.  Authorised return deliveries are FREE Australia wide on orders that are genuinely faulty otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to organise and pay for the return freight of goods.

What happens after I pay for my order?

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (provided you have provided us with a valid email address). Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received.   Then dispatched within 2-3 days.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Most orders will be delivered to your door, depending on the freight courier and Australia Post limits.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

E-Co Shower cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

Can the order be left at my door if I am not home?

Please leave a note in the comments box "Authority to leave" to let us know you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.

E-Co Shower, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release E-Co Shower from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Please note that under certain circumstances E-Co Shower E-Co Shower may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under an Authority to Leave request. In these instances, your complete order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post Office for your collection.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

YES, E-Co Shower can arrange all the necessary paperwork, documents, insurance and shipping for export payable in advance by you. Should you wish to have a purchase delivered to a location outside of Australia on your own recognisance, you will need to make arrangements with your own shipping agent. E-Co Shower will not be responsible in any way for delivery outside Australia arranged by you.

How does the Warranty/Guarantee work?

In the rare instance that you believe your purchased product is faulty, please return the product to our address at P O Box 997, Mudgeeraba Qld 4213.   Once we have received the product and tested the product and is found to be faulty, then we are more than happy to repair under warranty. Please contact us first by email, telephone, fax or website contact form. 

If E-Co Shower reasonably believes that a buyer is abusing our 'Warranty' E-Co Shower reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Warranty in relation to that buyer.

Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.

What do I do if I receive damaged product in my order?

If you receive a case damaged product, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery and E-Co Shower will replace the product after receiving the returned damaged product.
